Hi, I'm Fiach* Maguire. I'm a sales coach. I take a lifetime of learning and turn that into rapid growth for small businesses and drive the sales skills of large businesses.
I like to make an early impact on any organisation I join. It helps diminish buyer remorse!
So, I challenge the status quo, review and fine-tune strategy, optimize sales process, refine marketing and assess key people.
Sometimes I find that CEOs decide to bring in an outside director to help deal with some personal effectiveness challenges or behavioral problems with board colleagues. I can help build high performing teams.
Most importantly, I listen.
I have been part of executive teams running large worldwide businesses, built startups, and have worked with high growth business and multinational technology companies on sales development.
I am now working as an advisor and coach on selling and as a partner to ALTTITUDE, a sales development consultancy.
Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. Attended University College Dublin and completed a master’s degree in business administration from Cranfield University in the UK.
A prior member of the American Marketing Association, the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
I worked in the USA from 1985 to 1995 and the UK since 1995.
My interests include creative writing (I have published an historical novel and a number of short stories), endurance sports, motorcycling, good food, better wine, and excellent company.
I am married with two young adult daughters and live in the UK, in Brighton.
